“Keep Lake Nasworthy Beautiful Reminders and Guidelines”
The Lake Nasworthy landowners and leaseholders should be credited for the vast improvements to the lake area and neighborhoods. In order to continue this upward trend and to insure that all landowners and leaseholders have a safe and enjoyable surrounding the following articles were extracted (verbatim) from the official Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Keep in mind these are meant to be gentle reminders and not the complete publication.
Exterior Maintenance – If an owner of
any lot fails to maintain the premises in a neat and orderly manner, the
Architectural Control committee shall have the right (but not the obligation)
and after reasonable notice to the owner, to enter the lot in order to repair,
maintain, and restore the lot, including landscaping, and the exterior of any
buildings and other improvements located on the lot, all at the expense of the
owner.
All lots must comply with City zoning
ordinances.
Only new construction may be placed
upon the lots. No trailer,
trailer-house, manufactured home, or mobile home shall be place on any lot for
residential purposed.
No lot shall be extended or enlarged
by adding fill dirt, solid sediment or rock of any kind beyond the property
lines as established by Developer’s Deed to owner
Noxious or Offensive Activities
Prohibited.
No lot shall be used or maintained as
a storage area or dumping ground for rubbish, trash or junk or inoperative
vehicles. All garbage and other waste
shall be kept in sanitary containers.
The Lake Nasworthy Homeowners Association, Inc. will be issuing 90 day notices to those residents that are reported to the association that are not complying with Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
If the owner has not corrected the reported infraction(s) the case will be forwarded to the City of San Angelo for further action. Please note the City has the authority to place a lien against your property.
